Work we do for customers is governed by a signed agreement covering scope, fees, data processing, service levels and termination. Where this page and that agreement disagree, the agreement wins.
Our standard position is that the customer owns the configuration we build for them (prompts, call flows and integration setup) and that we hand it over on request. Pre-existing tooling and internal libraries remain ours. The specifics are set out in each agreement.
Product names used on the comparison pages belong to their respective owners. Referring to them is not a claim of affiliation, partnership or endorsement, and we aim to describe them accurately. If you own one of those products and think we have got something wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the website. Liability arising from work we perform is addressed in the relevant agreement.
