Pricing
You start with the platform and add a voice agent only if you want calls answered. Here are the components, what each one includes, and what they come to together.
Everyone starts here
The managed workspace everything else plugs into, with our model keys and our support behind it.
$199/month
Add a voice agent, if you want calls answered
Priced separately because running speech costs far more than running chat. If you only want assistants over your documents, you never pay for this.
Prove it on one line before committing to anything.
+$149/month
A front desk that answers every call, including the ones after hours.
+$349/month
Multi-site, multi-agent, or white-labelled to your own clients.
+$749/month
Choose how calls reach you
Most customers forward the number their customers already dial, which costs nothing.
Included, at no extra charge
Six months of support at no extra charge: a named contact, same-day response and a monthly transcript review.
Worth $600. Added to your price: nothing
Charged once
$100one-time
Charged once, and not until you have run for a month.
What that comes to

Prices in USD, invoiced in INR on request. Inbound minutes on an Indian number are included; carrier charges elsewhere are itemised on the invoice. Every invoice breaks usage down by provider (language model, transcription and speech), so you can see exactly what you used.
FAQ
Because running a voice agent costs far more than running chat, and bundling them would make a text-only customer pay for a phone line they never use. Splitting them means you buy the voice agent when you want a phone answered, and not before.
Connected talk time on calls the agent handles, rounded to the second and summed across the month. Ringing time, calls that hit voicemail and text messages are not counted. Chat conversations run on the platform and cost nothing per message.
You are billed the overage rate for the excess on that month's invoice. There is no cut-off and the agent keeps answering. If you run consistently above your allowance we will move you to the size that costs you less, rather than leaving you on overage.
Once, and not up front. It is added to your first invoice after a month of usage, so you pay for the build after you have seen it working rather than before.
Every voice agent includes six months of support: a named contact, same-day response and monthly transcript review. It is part of the price rather than an add-on, and it is not optional: a voice agent that nobody tunes drifts, and we would rather be responsible for that than sell you something and disappear.
No. Most customers forward the number their customers already dial, which costs nothing. Take a number from us only if you want a new line or a local presence in another market.
Yes: 15% off the whole subscription for three, six or twelve months prepaid.
No minimum term on the platform or on any voice size. Cancel any month. What you paid to build is yours: prompts, call flows and integration configuration hand over if you leave.

Tell us roughly how many calls you take and we will tell you which combination costs you least, including when the answer is that you do not need the voice agent yet.
We will not put you on a nurture sequence. If it is not a fit we say so and that is the end of it.
