This covers two separate things: what this website collects about you, and what the agents we build for our customers collect about their callers. They are governed differently and it is worth being clear about which is which.

If you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address, company and message you typed, and we use them to reply to you. That is the only purpose. We do not sell it, we do not enrich it against third-party databases, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
The site does not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Standard server logs record request metadata such as IP address and user agent for security and diagnostics.
When we build and operate an agent for a customer, that customer is the data controller for their callers' information and we act as their processor. Depending on what the agent does, that can include:
Retention, deletion and access rights for that data are set by the customer in their agreement with us. If an agent called you and you want your data removed, the fastest route is the business that called you; contact us at [email protected] and we will route it if that is not practical.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each customer's data is isolated from every other customer's, and access to production systems is restricted and logged.
We are not SOC 2 certified and do not claim to be. If you need a certified processor, tell us early and we will say plainly whether we can meet your requirement.
Operating a voice agent means using telephony, speech and model providers. Which ones apply to a given deployment is disclosed to that customer before launch, and we do not add a sub-processor that touches customer data without telling them.
Questions about any of this go to [email protected].
