The platform supports deployment inside a customer's own cloud account or datacentre, with per-tenant encryption and audit logging, which makes it viable for regulated and data-sensitive organisations that cannot use SaaS-only voice platforms. Shielva Sense supports English and Indian languages, including mid-sentence code-switching.
