Shielva Sense is a small team that builds text and voice AI agents for businesses losing revenue to calls nobody picks up. Then it operates them in production, which is the part most people skip.
Why we exist
Every business we talked to had already bought AI. A chatbot nobody used. A scheduler that did not talk to the CRM. A transcription tool producing notes nobody read.
None of it had changed the number that mattered: how many people tried to reach them and gave up. The technology was not the blocker. What was missing was somebody willing to own the whole path: the phone number, the conversation, the qualification, the calendar write, the follow-up, and the pager when it breaks.
So that is what we sell. Not a licence. Not a dashboard. An agent that works, and the responsibility for keeping it that way.
What we believe
Anything looks good on a scripted call. What matters is the caller who interrupts, mumbles a postcode, goes silent for eight seconds, or asks something nobody anticipated. We build for that call, because that is most calls.
A confident wrong answer about pricing, availability or treatment costs more than an honest handover. Every agent we build knows the edge of what it knows and steps aside there.
The moment an agent needs an internal owner, it starts degrading, because that person has another job. We keep it working, and when it breaks at 2am it pages us.
We turn work away on the first call fairly often. A business that does not lose money to missed calls does not need this, and taking their money would be a short and bad way to run a company.
