CRM integration
Lead and Contact records, Task and Event logging, Opportunity stage movement, all updated from the conversation as it happens.
What moves between them
Lookup before the call, creation when there is no match, and conversion when the lead qualifies against your criteria.
Each call logged as an activity on the record, with the transcript in the description and the recording linked.
Stage moves and custom field writes driven by what the caller actually said, not by a rep's memory of it later.
If your org models things its own way, we write to those objects too. Standard objects are not a constraint.
Triggers we wire up
How it goes
The total demand on your time from first call to live agent is about ninety minutes. That is the whole point of paying somebody to do this rather than buying a tool and doing it yourself.
One call. What gets asked on the phone, what a good lead sounds like, which questions you are tired of answering, where bookings live.
Agent design, the telephony, the number, the prompts, the guardrails, the CRM and calendar wiring, the escalation path to a human. All of it on our side.
We hand you real recordings from a test line, not a slide. You tell us where it sounds off and we fix it before a single customer hears it.
We watch the transcripts, catch the questions it fumbled, and tighten it every week. When something breaks at 2am it pages us, not you.
FAQ
No. We use the standard APIs with a connected app scoped to exactly what the agent needs. Nothing gets installed in your org.
It is part of the build, not a separate project. The whole thing (agent plus wiring) is usually about a week from the first call.
The narrowest scopes that let the agent do its job, on a service account you create and can revoke at any time. We will list exactly which scopes before you grant anything.
The agent keeps taking calls and queues the writes, then reconciles when the connection comes back. A failed CRM write never costs you the conversation.

Tell us how you use it and we will confirm on the call exactly what the agent can read and write, before you commit to anything.
We will not put you on a nurture sequence. If it is not a fit we say so and that is the end of it.
